Part MNT10115 - Shows as 1.9 and 2.0 PD Tensioner Holding Pin- Triangle Handle (2004-2005)

This 1.9 PD Triangle Handle Tensioner Holding Pin (T10115) may be needed on certain PD diesels in North America starting in model year 2004. This tool functions similar to the MNT10008 (T10008) and locks certain types of timing belt tensioners in the retracted position. Regretfully, we do not know the years/models that this tool may be needed for. To avoid a potential headache, unless you know for certain that you will not need it, we suggest that you include one in your PD tool kit.

Part MN3359 - 1.9 and 2.0 PD Cam Sprocket Pin (also A4 TDI pump Pin)

For 1999.5 Golf®/Jetta® and all New Beetle® TDI® Timing Belt Replacement (ALH engine codes) up to and including 2003, and now 2004-2006 BEW engine codes (1.9 PD). Precision ground, hardened, and vented stainless steel. For ALH, this pin locks the injection pump at top dead center. For 2004 models with 1.9 PD (BEW) engines, this same pin is used for locking the camshaft sprocket hub at TDC.

Universal sprocket counterhold tool. Holds the sprocket when loosening or tightening the cam sprocket center bolt. Essential for diesel timing belt changes. Useful for holding any sprocket that has spokes with holes larger than about 17 mm, including gasoline cam and intermediate shaft sprockets.
